Students work
in teams to build a Project Plan for one
of their typical projects
including:
lessons learned, Quality Assurance Plan,
Scope of Work, OBS, WBS,
Network Diagram,
Gantt, Calendar, Timeline, Safety Plan,
Earned Value Cost Plan and Communications
Plan. These templates can be used on the TPMA
Certification Exam, and on
future projects.
This program
is available as a suitcase class
delivered at your location. You
save the travel and living cost. We
need a minimum of 6 students (but
there is no additional cost to you).
Discounts are available for ten or more

All TPMA Exams
are “open book/take home” Exams, and may
be completed at home or back at the
office. They are a practical
demonstration of project management
skills. The templates used on the Exam
are based on real projects, and can be
used on your future projects.
The TPMA Certification Exam, and

Course Description and Objectives:
This course consists of the study of
obtaining, writing and transmitting
construction documentation for technical
and legal requirements for construction
and telecommunication projects, as well
as the formatting of presentations
concerning projects. Discussions on the
2004 Master Format, and how to better
implement its use in the preparation of
RFP's and documentation. It will provide
the student with the necessary background
to understand, read and prepare general
and technical specifications and other
documents involved in the conduct of a
project. Students will also exercise and
enhance their communications skills
through written exercises.
